The Surgical Patient Education Ostomy Home Skills Kit provides patients with comprehensive, interactive materials to enable learning and practicing of the skills needed for optimal postoperative recovery. Each skill kit contains: practice equipment (pouch, scissors, stoma model, measurement guide, surgical marker), a DVD with skill demonstration, an instruction booklet with images, a self-assessment checklist, and references for additional support. Kits are available for purchase as single kits or in groups of five.
