I’m having issues logging in. How can I retrieve my password?
Use the Forgot Password link to reset your password. Please enter your username or email, and if we find a record, we will send a password reset email.

Does the ACS ship products internationally?
For international orders and shipping charges, please call ACS Customer Service at 312-202-5474 or email OrderFulfillment@facs.org. Any sales taxes and shipping charges that may apply will be added during checkout.

Can I save my credit card on file for future purchases?
Yes, at the time of the checkout of your first purchase, the system will give you an option to save your credit card. You can view your save credit cards under My Account > Manage Saved Cards.
Can I download and reprint my receipt?
Yes, once you log in, you can go to My Account > Orders. Find your order and click on the Details button for that order. Once in your order, you will see options for Print and PDF Invoice.
I ordered a downloadable product. How do I access it?
When ordering a product through the ACS, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you ordered an item for download, a second email will be sent with instructions on how to access your download. Make sure to check your spam and junk folders.
