The color poster measures 22”x32”, and is available for purchase pre-printed in English. The Fellowship Pledge Poster is also available for free downloads in the following languages: English, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. The 22” x 32” PDFs are intended to be downloaded for print at your professional print shop. The 11”x17” PDFs are available to print on your color printer.

Guidelines for Use

  • Permission to Use : The poster may be displayed by surgeons with the FACS designation.
  • Group Practice : Fellows who are in a group practice may display the poster provided the senior member of the group practice is an active Fellow or that 50 percent or more of group practice members are active Fellows, and the remainder of the group practice members are applicants or candidates for membership.
  • Multispecialty, Clinic, or University Setting Use : Fellows who are in a multispecialty, clinic, or university setting, with divisions or sections of various surgical specialties, may display the Fellowship Pledge poster, provided the senior member of the section is an active Fellow or 50 percent or more of the section members are active Fellows and the remainder of the members are applicants or candidates for membership.
  • Integrity of the Fellowship Pledge : The Fellowship Pledge may not be modified in any manner.
